EUCEN publishes in January 2000 its “Ruffio Report” for the European Commission DG EAC, with the title “Changing the university: the supporting role of the Erasmus Thematic Networks“. This was a 3-year perspective where EUCEN analysed the experience of the 43 different projects funded with this programme. The report identified the strengths and weaknesses and the main lines of activities undertaken.
