The 31st eucen Conference took place in May 2006 in Gdynia (PL). 

This conference was for eucen its 15th birthday conference.
The title of the Conference, “Universities as a driver for regional development: LLL in a knowledge-based society”, was topical and pertinent: the programme was full of experts and the participants list was full of expertise and experience.
