The 7th eucen European Conference took place in June 1994 in Espoo (FI).

With increasing focus on quality in business, industry and working life – be it achieved through the use of ISO 9000 standards, the application of TQM philosophy and techniques, efforts of continuous improvement, or by some other means – also educational institutions are growing aware of the need to focus on the quality of their products and services.

“Quality in Continuing Education” was the topic of the 7th eucen European Conference, organised by the Lifelong Learning Institute Dipoli at Helsinki University of Technology in Espoo.
