This project aimed to monitor the development of university lifelong learning (ULLL) in the reformed structure of higher education qualifications (the Bologna process). BeFlex reported its findings to the next meeting of the Bologna ministers in London in 2007, and promoted ULLL as envisaged by their Bergen meeting in May 2005.
