Belonging in universities is not created by policy alone. It is shaped every day through teaching, communication, leadership, and small interactions that often go unnoticed.

As part of the BELONG@HEI project, EUCEN and project partners are launching a short survey for HEI staff. The aim is simple: to better understand how belonging is experienced within universities, and what helps or prevents people from feeling included, respected, and supported..
