eucen opened on 24th April at 15:00CET the Democracy Talks that the Horizon project Democrat is organising every other Wednesday. We presented the project and its objectives and gave the floor to participants to contribute with questions and comments to the dialogue between Diana Treviño (eucen) and Vanina Morrison (Foggs).
