eucen‘s President, Balazs Nemeth (University of Pecs), and members of the Steering Committee Lyndsey EL AMOUD (University College Cork) and Kevin ORR (University of Huddersfield) and former Steering Committee member Seamus O’TUAMA (University College Cork) actively participated in the ESREA 2022 conference. 

Are there any seeds for transformative resilience? What is the contribution of adult education and learning, and the role of research in it? The conference objective was to connect older and newer generations of researchers, as well as ESREA’s research networks, to remember the past, reflect on the present, and re-design the future together. 

ESREA’s 30th anniversary was celebrated during the conference. Our congratulations to ESREA!
