The Food Includes project has published six free Open Educational Resources (OERs) to support educators, trainers, and learners in using food as a tool for inclusion, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.
The resources are designed to help learners build entrepreneurial confidence, strengthen language and communication skills, develop digital competences, and foster intercultural understanding through practical, real-world learning experiences.
Rather than relying on abstract exercises, the OERs encourage active participation through hands-on, public-facing activities. Each resource also includes adaptable guidance for facilitators, featuring teaching materials such as timelines, checklists, role descriptions, communication plans, and, where relevant, trauma-informed approaches.
