eucen members are reminded that the next General Assembly will take place in Lille (FR), during the 55th eucen conference, 04-06 June 2025. During the meeting we will discuss:

➡ the closing accounts 2024
➡ the audit report 2024
➡ the budget 2026
➡ changes in membership (we will presenting so far 15 new members that join our association this year)
➡ changes in the internal regulations
➡ the election of up to 7 members of the Steering Committee group

We want to remind eucen members that all the documentation is the the private “Members’ Room” section that you can visit when creating your account and login in. If you need help to access it please contact us. Non-members will not be allowed access. 

Note that the Announcement, Preliminary Agenda for the meeting and the Proxy form to delegate your vote are already available in the Members’ Room.
