The iBOX project aims to foster more inclusive organizations and education approaches through a capacity-building process to better face and respond to current and future societal challenges.
To achieve this, the project has developed three main resources to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff from civil society organizations and education providers, helping them embrace diversity, accessibility, and participation in their daily work, learning activities, and events while supporting the digital transition.
The main resources now available are:
A Compendium of Inspiring Practices on the three core themes —access and participation, inclusion and diversity strategies, and digital transition— collecting practices and guidelines identified on social inclusion in CSOs and NGOs.
An Inclusion and Diversity Charter outlining the essential steps CSOs and NGOs should take to ensure inclusive practices within their organizations.
A free of charge Online Self-Paced Course on the three core themes of the project, available in English, with an estimated duration of only six hours per course.
