The IN-WORK consortium is thrilled to announce that the Training Handbook is now available to access online.
Whether you are a supervisor, professor, teacher or support staff, this resource will equip you with all the tools and insights you need to train university staff and other stakeholders to effectively supervise young people with special needs during work-integrated learning (WIL) activities.
WIL activities like internships and traineeships are instrumental insupporting young people with special needs in gathering meaningful work experience and entering the world of work.
The handbook was also developed to help teachers, other university staff and supervisors outside universities to improve the overall inclusion of youth with special needs in their workplace.
Freely accessible online and downloadable, this handbook is designed to facilitate its widespread adoption. Available in English, Spanish, Italian, Finnish and Catalan, its reach transcends borders, catering to diverse contexts worldwide.
Please share the handbook with anyone who might be interested!
