INCLUDE ME+ uses inclusion through mediation to develop educational programmes that empower educators, digital media providers, civil society organisations, and students to create digital media that fosters inclusion, participation, and peace-building across Europe.

We’ve produced two key research outputs exploring how digital media shapes—and is shaped by—efforts to create safer, more inclusive online spaces. Now, we need your input to make them even better.

Research Highlights:

1. Desk Research
Eight in-depth studies across Europe (Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine) examining digital media as a tool for inclusion. The report identifies challenges, opportunities, and offers examples of good practices that support inclusive digital practices.

2. Participatory Action Research (PAR)
Collaborative research with communities across Europe, gathering insights on digital conflict, exclusion, and engagement. This report focuses on digital media’s role in peacebuilding and mediation and proposes community-based educational initiatives.
