We are happy to announce that the website for the Food Includes Project is officially launched!

Food Includes uses food to create flexible learning opportunities, promoting inclusion and access to upskilling pathways in adult education. This Erasmus+ project, led by the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, brings together a consortium of eight dedicated partners working together from December 2023 to November 2026.

The following resources and information will be available on the project website:

  • Food as a Seeking Pedagogy Starter Kit This kit uses food to enhance learning and engagement, especially among refugees, fostering culturally sensitive outreach strategies and building trust within host communities.
  • Open Educational Resources (OERs) The consortium develops learning modules supporting food-related educational initiatives, focusing on upskilling refugees and meeting legal requirements
  • Implementation This phase includes real-life testing and rigorous analysis of the Food Includes approach, supported by experts to evaluate and provide recommendations for broader implementation.

Explore the Food Includes website to learn more about the project’s mission, partners, and resources!
