Within two years of the ONE project, seven partners from all over Europe have developed and tested ways and methods of international virtual cooperation in European project management. The project’s aim is to strengthen the ability to engage in productive virtual collaboration within strategic and structured international projects, to reduce the travel and related environmental impact.

The three main project outcomes are the ONE Meeting Business Case, ONE Meeting Business Case, ONE All-You-Need-To-Know Guide to Running ONE Meeting Projects. All three project results are available in English, Spanish and Italian on the ONE project website.

The implementation of more sustainable, intelligent, and efficient European and international projects without renouncing the social added value is still a crucial concern. Therefore, the consortium urges project managers to address this urgent matter in their projects.
