eucen has just published its Position Paper issue 6 on Diversity and Inclusion in ULLL. Following the completion of the SMILE project, and taking into account the success and good feedback received during the SMILE Final Symposium in Barcelona in November 2023, eucen has written this new position paper focusing on why and how universities should address equity, diversity and inclusion.

This Position Paper has been written by eucen‘s President, Pascal Paschoud (University of Lausanne, CH), in collaboration with Lyndsey El Amoud (University College Cork, IE) and Matthew Weait (Oxford University, UK) on behalf of the Steering Committee of eucen.
