The SAMUELE project, co-funded by the European Commission (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-PCOOP-ENGO), is committed to strengthening ULLL across Europe.

We are currently collecting insights from HEIs across Europe on how they organise and implement ULLL within their institutions. Therefore, SAMUELE has developed a questionnaire that explores key aspects of ULLL from an institutional perspective. Questions relate to governance and organisational structures, human resources, types of ULLL offerings, funding and financial sustainability, quality assurance and impact assessment, learner support and accessibility, collaboration and partnerships, and the overall effectiveness of ULLL. Once data is collected through the questionnaire, we will carry out a phase of transversal data analysis.

We are now inviting HEIs to complete the SAMUELE HEIs questionnaire for ULLL. The questionnaire takes less than 30 minutes if you’re familiar with your institution’s ULLL.

The deadline for submitting responses is Friday, 30 May 2025

By participating, you will contribute to a deeper understanding of ULLL in Europe and help to develop a standardised self-assessment model for ULLL and policy recommendations for ULLL at institutional, national, and EU levels.
