The Social Impact Manager (SIM) project has released the SIM Training Handbook, one of its final key outputs and a major milestone as the project enters its concluding phase.
The Handbook captures the full journey of the SIM Educational Programme, designed to create a new professional profile: the Social Impact Manager, capable of connecting business strategy with social and environmental responsibility. It presents the methodology, structure, and results of the programme’s pilot implementation in five European countries in 2025.
Structured around five core modules: Corporate Governance and Strategy, Territorial Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, and Impact Assessment and Reporting, the programme equips learners with multidisciplinary skills in CSR, ESG, and social innovation.
The SIM Training Handbook serves as a practical reference for Higher Education Institutions and VET providers interested in replicating or adapting the programme, ensuring that the project’s impact continues beyond its official lifetime and contributes to a more sustainable and inclusive European economy.
