VISUALITY aims to empower educators with structured visual pedagogy, enhancing accessibility and engagement for disadvantaged learners in HE and adult education. It will equip 90+ educators with visual teaching skills, support 120+ learners, and drive institutional adoption across Europe, ensuring long-term improvements in faculty training, digital education, and inclusive teaching practices.
Activities
The project conducts research on visual pedagogy (WP2), develops a certified online course and micro-credential programme (WP3), pilots and evaluates teaching strategies with educators and learners (WP4), and disseminates results through HEI and adult education networks (WP5). This structured approach ensures evidence-based implementation, enabling widespread adoption of visual teaching methods across diverse educational settings.
Impact
Visuality will produce a comprehensive research report on visual pedagogy, a certified online educator training course, an evaluation study on the impact of visual learning, and widespread dissemination to 250+ institutions.
These outputs will embed visual teaching strategies into faculty training and curriculum design, ensuring long-term adoption in HE and adult education across Europe.
