VIRQUAL’s second webinar took place on Wednesday 18 May 2011.

The Invited Speaker was Karine Tremblay (Senior Survey Manager in the OECD Directorate for Education). The webinar addressed the topic of the role and importance of well-defined or even standardized intended learning outcomes for:

• high quality assessment
• quality development in HE and CE
• transparency of HE and CE programmes
• improvement of (virtual) mobility
