The 2023 eucen Autumn Seminar will be held in Barcelona (ES), on 16-17 November 2023, hosted by the Universitat de Barcelona in its central historical building.
This year we will explore diversity and inclusion in Higher Education. The seminar will tackle questions as, which are the challenges in making universities more inclusive and what are the strategies used to over come? How do we listen to and involve traditionally under-represented groups in campus life and the university structures? How to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to create an inclusive learning and research environment? Expert presentations and discussion panels, as well as hands-on workshops will allow participants to deepen their knowledge on the topic of diversity and inclusion, while also networking for ideas, tools, solutions and more.

Call for Contributions
The Call for Contributions to the 2023 eucen Autumn Seminar is now open! You can submit your abstract from this page.
Authors of abstracts that are accepted can register for the seminar at a discounted rate.
Accepted abstracts will also have the chance to be selected for one of the SMILE Diversity Awards 2023 – a unique opportunity for your institution to be recognised as a champion of diversity and inclusion!

Authors of accepted abstracts non-member of eucen: 200EUR
Non-members of eucen: 250EUR
