As part of Partner UP, one of eucen’s new projects that started in 2023, the Italian VET and ALE provider FORMA.Azione organised an online study visit for all project partners. Representatives of various national organisations, including the Italian National Network of Public Centers for Adult Education and the Italian Public National Agency for Active Labour Policies, discussed the situation regarding Lifelong Learning in Italy, including the current debates, policy developments, and the challenges ALE providers face. The presentations were followed by a discussion among all project partners on how the situation in Italy compares with that in other EU member states, and the strategies that could be developed to improve collaboration among stakeholders and improve the implementation of Upskilling Pathways both in Italy and across Europe.
