As the European elections approach, the Youth Outreach Unit of the European Parliament’s Directorate-General for Communication is actively reaching out to European universities, youth and student organisations and educational networks. Its mission is to highlight the importance of voting and democratic participation, especially among the continent’s youth.

To support the key role of educators in promoting civic engagement among young people, the European Parliament has created an educational toolkit for the 2024 European elections. This toolkit provides access to educational materials related to the elections, as well as opportunities for youth engagement and networking.
